Great looking ride. What's the cumulative elevation gain on this? How long should a person plan to do the ride, assuming stopping to enjoy the sites along the way?

Hi! Total vertical gain is around 5000ft. Most of it is on the northern section. A good time for most riders with breaks and picture taking is around 5 hours.

How much car traffic? Do you rent bikes that I can clip into? I have done 8 centuries, and did STP last summer, but a 5000 elevation gain is a little intimidating!
